HONG KONG – Teledirect Singapore received the Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders’ ‘Recognition of Excellence’ Award for the third consecutive year.
Hosted by the Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA), the APCCAL EXPO & Awards 2016 aimed to share best practices among members through cross-border site visit benchmarking, seminars and regional networking. The awards regionally recognise organisations that uphold and advance industry excellence and are innovative trailblazers in Asia Pacific’s outsourced contact centre industry.
This award follows the company’s new milestone of being the first contact centre in the history of the Human Resources Excellence Awards to win Silver for ‘Excellence in HR Strategic Planning’ at their 2016 gala.
